Where lineage
meets science.
I believe that true wellness honors your whole nature — your body, your history, your becoming.
My name is Azizull Kaur. I'm a wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, and lifelong student of the body — trained at the intersection of Ayurveda, behavioral psychology, and yogic philosophy.
About Me
-
I grew up surrounded by the healing traditions of India. Ayurveda wasn't something I discovered in a book — it was simply how my family understood the body, the seasons, and what it means to be well. The way we ate shifted with the weather. Herbs and rituals were not exotic; they were ordinary acts of care.
That foundation never left me. As I moved through my education and into adulthood, I found myself drawn to understanding why people behave the way they do — which led me to behavioral psychology. I began to see how ancient wisdom and modern science weren't opposites. Both were asking the same question: what does this specific person need to thrive?
The answer, I've come to believe, is always deeply personal. It lives in your constitution, your season of life, your particular way of moving through the world. My work is built around helping you find it.

Ayurveda teaches us that each person has a unique prakriti — a specific combination of energies that shapes everything from how we digest food to how we process stress. When we understand our own nature, we stop overriding our body's signals and start listening to them.
Behavioral psychology adds another lens: our habits, patterns, and responses aren't character flaws. They're learned behaviors, shaped by environment and history. And they can be changed — with the right understanding, the right tools, and the right support.
I bring both of these perspectives into every client relationship. I'm not here to prescribe. I'm here to help you see yourself more clearly — and build a practice that is genuinely, sustainably yours.

You'll find me on my mat, in the weight room, or walking somewhere with good light. I practice cycle-aware living — not as a protocol, but because I've seen firsthand how attuned living changes how you feel. I love a good atmospheric novel, regular solo city days to think and write, and wholesome conversations.
I practice what I teach. And I'm always learning.
